Today I bring you an offering from Schmaltz. Now, this is a fun brewer. A lot of their labels are very tongue in cheek, however their beer is not. Well crafted brews, appropriate representation to the styles claimed, and frankly, just good ol plain “fun” beer. This Hop Manna is no different. Seven hop varieties, (you know, one for each day of the week) this brew was impressive, if only because I was expecting another lackluster IPA. This one is certainly above average though. Good floral flavor, a fun bottle, and frankly I wish I could get my hands on more of their brews. Find this brew post Easter (it was a limited release, but I believe they are bringing it back to life after the third day) and enjoy it on a summer day.
