How will this play out in the global market? They use the words partnership, but I am curious how many consider this “selling out”?

We haven’t seen a merger of this magnitude in the past. Firestone Walker was only valued at about 250 million.

Goose Island was only valued at ~38 million.

This deal is HUGE. I cannot emphasize the size and scope of this agreement.

Also, Heineken is not a AbInBev, for SABMiller brand, so I am glad to see a third party step up and get a piece of the action of the global game.

I don’t think that Tony would have sold this large a stake to InBev nor Miller-Coors (SABMiller worldwide, Miller-Coors here in the United States).
