Comments Off on Kim Jordan On Why Employee-Owned New Belgium Brewing Isn’t Worried About A Craft Beer Bubble

Interesting read on New Belgium Brewing and their ownership philosophy. http://www.forbes.com/…/kim-jordan-on-why-employee-owned-n…/

Now, communal breweries are almost a throwback to thousands of years ago. Now while there’s is more of an employee owned brewery versus a true co-op communal brewery, there are certainly some similarities.

What are your thoughts? Is this how brewery ownership should be? Does it allow an upperhand when compared to corporate conglomorates such as SABMiller and ABInBev?
