This is exciting. This is more along the lines of what I want to end up doing, bringing craft beer to a new region that is still fertile, that is eager to learn. A region that does not have preconceived notions and is not being misled by venture capital and macro owned pseudo craft breweries.

Good for these guys bringing craft to Spain and embracing the local ingredients. That is what brewing is all about.
