Well, I have been going back and forth with myself if I was ever going to begin brewing my own beer. I mean, there is a world, full of tasty, delectable porters and bocks out there, what could I ever contribute? Well, I don’t know to be perfectly honest. But I am going to give it a try. I happened into a Mr. Beer home brew kit, so I am compiling my information on home brewing, hell, I’m even taking a class at a local home brew store. I am hoping to at least produce semi-decent beer for my first attempt. In the meantime, I am compiling ingredients and trying to decide what to brew first. As well as securing a mini fridge, or some locale that I can keep a stable temperature during fermentation. We’ll see how it all works out, and trust me… y’all will be the first to know.
